HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before class to prepare the room and greet students as they arrive.
- Set up the space intentionally, including props, mat spacing, music, lighting, and temperature.
- Make a personal connection with each student, learning names and checking in on how they're feeling.
- Lead safe, creative, energizing classes that show your personality while following YogaSix standards for each class format.
- Offer encouragement and options so every student, whether novice or experienced, leaves feeling empowered.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience so students know what to expect every time they walk in.
- Follow up with students after class to celebrate wins, answer questions, and invite them back.
- Help keep the studio clean, safe, and inviting for the next class.
- Build community by showing up for studio events, supporting teammates, and taking classes yourself.
- Participate in coaching, feedback sessions, and ongoing training to keep growing as a teacher.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification for yoga classes.
- Group fitness certification and experience for Sculpt and Core (Mat Pilates) classes.
- 1+ years of teaching experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
